Admissions Manager / Admissions Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and allocate resources in Admissions to ensure admissions processes can be carried out efficiently;
- Coordinate all outreach efforts of the school including admissions briefings, school fairs, online and printed materials and other outreach efforts of the school;
- Responsible for scheduling and executing the admissions calendar of activities including admissions application periods, briefing sessions, school tours, assessment activities, and registration events;
- Produce admissions statistics for tracking application trend and status;
- Coordinate with external service providers and internal IT staff to continuously enhance the online admissions systems;
- Provide admissions counselling and answer enquiries from prospective parents; and
- Supervise admissions staff and ensure high quality admissions services are provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder;
- Minimum 10 years working experience; experience in a school would be an added advantage;
- Work experience in both Mandarin and English-speaking contexts preferred;
- Fluent and literate in English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
- Careful, conscientious, organized, and takes initiative;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Pleasant, stable, independent, mature, and able to work under pressure.
