• To coordinate the use of resources and facilities, and provide advice in the practical areas of need;
• To help maintain the primary and secondary makerspaces for student use, keep equipment and materials safe and in good working order;
• Assist educators with materials purchases and setup of spaces;
• To assist students during classes in the makerspace;
• To ensure the availability of suitable materials and equipment, helping to compile orders and liaising or negotiating with suppliers and finance departments;
• To work with outside organizations as required;
• To offer administrative support and perform other duties as assigned; and
• To maintain and promote a healthy, safe and efficient working environment for all members of the ISF community.

• Bachelor Degree is desired;
• With technical experience in a K-12 setting;
• Comfortable to learn how to use technologies including 3-D printers, laser cutters, other digital fabrication tools;
• 3D modeling experience desired;
• Strong IT and procurement tools;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); and
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with high initiative.
