• Provide assistance in setting up before class and organize student equipment after lessons;
• Draw up and maintain inventory of equipment; maintain resources and keep record of stocks, and to liaise with subject heads for ordering needs;
• Arrange regular safety inspections of machinery and equipment;
• Ensure students’ work and unused materials are returned to the appropriate storage area, and ensure each teaching area is locked and secured when not in use;
• Re-organization and storage of new equipment and materials for the following academic year;
• Provide assistance with all Arts events (before, during and after events);
• Collaborate with Guided Discovery, Visual Arts, Math and Educational Technology departments and Secondary Science lab technician;
• Coordinate with administrative staff and facilities management;
• Providing guidance and supervision when required during lessons in the STEM and art room; and
• Assisting with the organization and upkeep of displays materials in the STEM and art room.

• Bachelor Degree in Arts, Building/Engineering, Education/Educational Technology or related subjects awarded by a professional institute;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably in an education environment;
• Sound working knowledge of STEM & Arts equipment and their storage needs;
• Art-based training would be an added advantage;
• Be Educational Technology literate and familiar with using the Google Workspace;
• Able to meet tight deadlines, well organized and independent; and
• Good command of spoken and written English, Command of Chinese would be an asset.
