• To support with the preparation of materials and equipment for lessons in Art, Design and Technology (key areas of study include Fine Art, 3D Design, Photography, Digital Design and Manufacturing and Food Technology);
• To set up the primary makerspace for student use, keep equipment and materials safe and in good working order;
• To be responsible for maintenance of machinery and tools throughout the year so they meet the basic Health & Safety expectations;
• Coordinate closely with primary school faculty associated with their professional development and curriculum requirements;
• To ensure the availability of suitable materials and equipment, helping to compile orders and liaising or negotiating with suppliers and finance departments;
• To work with outside organizations as required;
• To offer administrative support and perform other duties as assigned; and
• To maintain and promote a healthy, safe and efficient working environment for all members of the ISF community.

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in graphic or product design, is desired;
• Comfortable to learn how to use technologies including 3-D printers, laser cutters, other digital fabrication tools;
• Technical experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred;
• Strong IT and procurement tools;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin); and
• Meticulous, detail-oriented with high initiative.
