Maintain a consistent standard and ensure all programs achieve positive results.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver hands on teaching and instruction of the Basketball program at The ISF Academy;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain flow and continuity of all lessons and ensure correct and accurate technique is instructed and lessons achieve positive results;<\/li>\n<li>Work within the current Co-Curricular Activities Department team and specifically the Basketball Team;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure training areas are set up before each lesson and area is left as found after coaching session, lesson plans are followed and lesson attendance is accurately recorded;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare appropriate lesson plans and show initiative in improving lesson plans;<\/li>\n<li>Attend regular workshops and meetings; and<\/li>\n<li>Take an active role in promoting the Basketball Program to the ISF community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a current Level 1 instructor certification or equivalent from an internationally recognized association;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a current first aid and CPR certificate;<\/li>\n<li>At least three years\u2019 experience in working as a basketball coach with children aged 5+;<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work irregular hours, as most activities take place in the late afternoon and weekend;<\/li>\n<li>Be passionate about teaching basketball to young children;<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently with initiative and drive to make things happen;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and\/or Putonghua essential;<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills with excellent command of Microsoft office and Google platform;
