and<\/li>\n<li>Assist IT related daily activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant education background in either Information System, Information Technology or Computer Science disciplines;<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding on the use of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent telephone manner and communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese (including Mandarin);<\/li>\n<li>Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently;
