Set in the 21st century, the courses that the <em>Shuyuan<\/em> program offers aim to promote deep and thoughtful scholarship in a multidisciplinary environment, allowing selected students to pursue challenging branches of knowledge beyond the regularly-taught curriculum.<\/p>\n<p>These courses require long-term dedication, as the skills being developed are cumulative and form the foundation for rigorous, life-long learning. The courses offered are mainly geared to Secondary students but have tended to include courses in Primary and Pre-School. Our ultimate goals are the development of sound scholarship, solid academic study, challenging research opportunities, intellectual curiosity and practical wisdom.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop the <em>Shuyuan<\/em> Sustainability Program, assess and evaluate the programs;<\/li>\n<li>Lead, plan and implement the ISF Board initiative of having campus carbon neutral;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the <em>Shuyuan<\/em> Sustainability Program Stewards and interested teachers, assess the PD needs, make recommendations and evaluate the program;<\/li>\n<li>Develop the capacity of teachers to integrate the academic performance data, well-being with the underlying principles of guidance and achievement;<\/li>\n<li>Develop the capacity of teachers to write and implement 21st Century curriculum that integrates the mission of <em>Shuyuan<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>Manage the school wide ISF Sustainability Council;<\/li>\n<li>Manage all forms of communications and displays regarding <em>Shuyuan<\/em> Sustainability initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage the Green Fund \u2013 investments; and<\/li>\n<li>Works collaboratively across the whole school to share resources and promote academic performance, and well-being.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree in related discipline;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience of managing operations &amp; management contracts. Technical engineering expertise in the field;<\/li>\n<li>Confident communicator.
