Including but not limited to local and oversea excursions, school wide events and Outdoor Exploration Society;<\/li>\n<li>Follow the Four Pillars for the safety of student learning at ISF\n<ul>\n<li>Standard Operating Procedures<\/li>\n<li>Risk Assessment Management<\/li>\n<li>Levels of Competence<\/li>\n<li>Experiential Learning Philosophy and Curriculum;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Work with Experiential Learning Coordinators to ensure programs run smoothly;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in professional development and training as directed;<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with ISF students, staff and parents;<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain experiential learning equipment and materials; and<\/li>\n<li>Any other reasonable task as requested by the Experiential Learning Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in outdoor education or at least 3 years of experience in leading Experiential Learning, Outdoor Education and or Education to children;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of experiential learning and ensuring programs follow the Four Pillars for the safety of student learning at ISF;<\/li>\n<li>Certification in various outdoor pursuits including but not limited to high event activity, outdoor and wilderness activity and water sport activity are an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong Country parks is desirable;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of written and spoken English and \/ or Putonghua;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of Microsoft office and Google docs;
