proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin;<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently, good organizational and interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n<li>ISF Alumni give priority;
