clerical works to ISF Development Office;<\/li>\n<li>Act as key administrator for the Donor Database system (Raisers Edge);<\/li>\n<li>Act as key coordinator in annual Fundraiser (Jam) &amp; Raffle Campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Support Finance Department in preparing documents for Development Committee Meetings (twice per year);<\/li>\n<li>In-charge of department publications &amp; event promotion materials, including translations;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal and external parties in relation to fundraising activities, programs and events; and<\/li>\n<li>Assist in ad-hoc projects and performing other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline;<\/li>\n<li>Possess 2 &#8211; 3 years relevant working experience in office administration, communications and project management or fundraising;<\/li>\n<li><strong>ISF Alumni will be given high consideration;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, ability to be proactive and to work productively with multiple parties;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) to meet the demands of project implementations and coordination;<\/li>\n<li>Competent computer skills, proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;<\/li>\n<li>Additional skills on graphic design\/ copy writing is definitely a plus;
