css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Senior Technical Officer\/ Technical Officer<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for operation and management of the technical facilities;<\/li>\n<li>Provide supports and solutions to users on FM work requests;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all necessary record under SAP and Internal Systems;<\/li>\n<li>Work under the supervision of Technical Manager to assist in the operation and maintenance of FS, MEP services and other technical items;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the performance of R&amp;M and other services contractors;<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for preparation on service contracts;<\/li>\n<li>Assist to handle pre-management of new buildings, including defects handling;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of works orders and site instruction to contractors;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in checking of payment bills, as-fitted drawings, operation and maintenance manuals submitted by contractors;<\/li>\n<li>Perform general clerical and administrative duties;<\/li>\n<li>Attend to urgent breakdown of building services, emergency incidents, enquires or complaints and provide effective solution, sometimes outside of normal office hours; and<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other duties as assigned by Technical Manager \/ Facilities Manager\/ Head of Project and Facilities Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher Diploma or above in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline;<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical aspect of Property Management Company, Maintenance Contractor or relevant job exposure, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level;<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in sizable and complex organizations, experience in NGO or education sectors would be an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above and Green Card;<\/li>\n<li>Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade B is preferable;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua\/Mandarin;<\/li>\n<li>Strong in multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment;
