safety, and staff events;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and implementing staff engagement initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Involve in annual C&amp;B exercises, performance management, benchmark benefit and salary surveys to keep abreast of market practices; and<\/li>\n<li>Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;<\/li>\n<li>3 years of work experience in human resources management with hands-on experience in compensation and benefits in multinational companies;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations;<\/li>\n<li>A good team player with good communication &amp;
