css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Head of Internal Control, Risk and Assurance<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute audit plan to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational management and processes and assure compliance;<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Enterprise Risk Management to identify, manage and mitigate potential risks objectively, effectively and systematically;<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain collaborative relationship with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Offer proactive advice and evidence-based insights to Management and AC on relevant issues, including but not limited to business development, process improvement and strategic planning;<\/li>\n<li>Support the review and update of internal policies and procedures and provide independent assurance that the internal control environment remains aligned with changing business objectives and regulatory landscape;<\/li>\n<li>Act as AC\u2019s Secretary and issue reports and findings to address audit and financial reporting matters and recommend practical solutions to resolve issues, strengthen controls and manage risks;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare quality agenda for AC meetings and compile clear, accurate and concise meeting minutes;<\/li>\n<li>Carry out special reviews and investigation on significant risks and incidents of non-compliance as and when required;<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on the audit recommendations from the external auditor and AC related issues or concerns; and<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of emerging trends and best audit practices or techniques to improve business and governance processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline;<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification in accounting or audit such as CPA and CIA or equivalent;<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years\u2019 experience in leading the accounting or auditing functions in sizable organizations;<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional leadership, organizational and managerial skills;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to apply critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues consistently and systematically;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in risk and compliance management and controls;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities to develop and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders;
