and<\/li>\n<li>Take an active role in promoting the Aquatic Program to the ISF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a valid HKASA swimming instructor certification or equivalent from an internationally recognized association;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a Hong Kong Life Saving Society Bronze Medallion or equivalent from an internationally recognized association;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a valid first aid and CPR certificate;<\/li>\n<li>Have at least 3 years\u2019 experience in assisting teaching aquatics including infant, learning to swim and competitive elements;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Hy-Tek is an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in written and spoken English;
