css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Strength &amp; Conditioning Instructor<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver hands-on instruction of fitness and strength conditioning at The ISF Academy;<\/li>\n<li>Develop group and individual fitness programs for student-athletes with short, medium and long term goals;<\/li>\n<li>Help improve the sporting culture at The ISF Academy;<\/li>\n<li>Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on the correct use of exercise equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor student-athletes\u2019 progress and adapt programs as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Give student-athletes information and resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues;<\/li>\n<li>Administer emergency first aid if needed; and<\/li>\n<li>Ensure fitness areas are set up before each lesson and that the area is left as found after each coaching session, lesson plans are followed and lesson attendance is accurately recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing individual and group fitness programs that includes young adults;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a valid International Personal Trainer and Fitness Association certification or equivalent from an internationally recognized association;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a valid first aid and CPR certificate;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a CSCS qualification will be added advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of spoken and written English;
