css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Assistant Facilitator \u2013 Part-time<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist facilitators in the delivery of all Experiential Learning activities and programs;<\/li>\n<li>Undertake the daily operation of Experiential Learning Activities as assigned by the Experiential Learning Coordinator and implement projects assigned to them to successfully achieve the objectives of the department;<\/li>\n<li>Assist facilitators on the teaching and instruction of the Experiential Learning programs at The ISF Academy;<\/li>\n<li>Lessons and activities should maintain flow and continuity to achieve positive results;<\/li>\n<li>Work within the current Co-Curricular Activities Department team and specifically the Experiential Learning Team;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure learning areas are set up before each lesson and area is left as found after session, lesson plans are followed and lesson attendance is accurately recorded;<\/li>\n<li>Attend training and reflection meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Take an active role in promoting Experiential Learning to the ISF community; and<\/li>\n<li>Any other reasonable task as requested by the Experiential Learning Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Love of the outdoors and for teaching children;<\/li>\n<li>Attend two weeks (10 days) paid on-the-job training in early August;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong Country parks is desirable;<\/li>\n<li>Be able to swim at least 50 meters;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of written and spoken English and \/ or Putonghua;<\/li>\n<li>Good command of Microsoft office and Google docs;
