Instructors should maintain flow and continuity of all lessons and ensure correct and accurate technique is instructed and lessons achieve positive results;<\/li>\n<li>Work within the current Co-Curricular Activities Department team and specifically the Squash Team;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure learning areas are set up before each lesson and area is left as found after coaching session, lesson plans are followed and lesson attendance is accurately recorded;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare appropriate lesson plans and show initiative in improving lesson plans;<\/li>\n<li>Attend regular workshops and meetings; and<\/li>\n<li>Take an active role in promoting the Squash Program to the ISF community.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess a current Level 1 instructor certification or equivalent from an internationally recognized association;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a current first aid and CPR certificate;<\/li>\n<li>Have at least three years\u2019 experience in teaching squash to primary and secondary school aged students, both \u2018learn to play\u2019 and competitive elements;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Hong Kong Squash&#8217;s acceptance criteria for its junior development program, including but not limited to tournament schedule, tournament entry rules, advancement rules;<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work irregular hours, as most activities take place in the late afternoon and weekend;<\/li>\n<li>Be passionate about teaching Squash to young children;<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently with initiative and drive to make things happen;<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English and\/or Putonghua essential;
