including instruments and musical resources, keep record of resources, and to liaise with teachers for ordering needs.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange regular inspections of instruments and maintain stocks of accessories.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure instruments and resources are returned to appropriate storage area, and ensure each area is locked and secured when not in use.<\/li>\n<li>Support all music purchases by liaising with vendors and completing orders with the purchasing department.<\/li>\n<li>Re-organization and storage of new equipment and materials for the following academic year.<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy and create digital media files when required<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance in setting up before class and organize student equipment after lessons.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with music teachers for the day\u2019s lessons and needs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in recording assessments and curation of audio and video resources<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for practical music classes where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure instruments are kept in working order, to include minor repairs and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance with all Music events (before, during and after events).<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Visual Art, Drama and Music departments; and<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with administrative staff and facilities management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Music, Performance Art or related subjects awarded by a professional institute;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 relevant working experience preferably in education environment;<\/li>\n<li>Sound working knowledge of musical equipment and their storage needs;<\/li>\n<li>Music-based training would be an added advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Be IT literate and competent in using google drive \/ calendar;<\/li>\n<li>Able to meet tight deadline, well organized and independent;
