css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Facilities Management \u2013 Assistant Technical Manager<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and supervise in-house FM technical team;<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with various parties of the School for planning and carrying out of maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and enhancement works;<\/li>\n<li>Administer the tendering and contract administration process, including obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare tender documents and issue works orders;<\/li>\n<li>Manage and supervise outsourcing services contractors with assistance of technical support team;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor CAPEX and OPEX budgets and expenses;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor purchasing, contract support and payment processing;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of health and safety standards of the campus;<\/li>\n<li>Receive and handle complains; and<\/li>\n<li>Handling of tasks assigned by Supervisors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Higher Diploma \/\u00a0Degree or equivalent in Building Services \/ Mechanical \/ Electrical Engineering related discipline;<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical aspect of Property Management Company, Maintenance Contractor or relevant job exposure, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level;<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in sizable and complex organizations, experience in NGO or education sectors would be an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);<\/li>\n<li>Possess a high degree of proficiency in using AutoCAD and MS Office applications;<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal and presentation skills;
