css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Chinese Creativity and Culture Coordinator<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the daily operation of Chinese Creativity and Culture Activities as assigned by the Head of CCA;<\/li>\n<li>Lead Chinese Creativity and Culture Activities and implement projects to successfully achieve the objectives of the department including but limited to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>(a)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Be responsible for curriculum development, course delivery, teaching resources planning, teaching and assessment quality assurance;<\/li>\n<li>(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Plan and design the program and proactively monitor its progress, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective action;<\/li>\n<li>(c)\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Participate in ongoing review and improvement of programs and the development and implementation of new courses and curricula; and<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor the performance of instructors and service providers to ensure course content, methodology and practices are in line with philosophy of ISF.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective quality assurance, the overall integrity of the program and manage risks to the program&#8217;s successful outcome;<\/li>\n<li>Promote the study of Chinese Culture and implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved; and<\/li>\n<li>Manage and build good relationships with students, parents and ISF\/BELL stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Working Hours<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday; and<\/li>\n<li>Activities will be held in two campuses and the successful candidate will be required to lead activities at both sites located in Kennedy Town and Cyberport.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or above in History\/ Chinese Culture related subjects;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in leading experiential learning activities;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience at instructing children of early childhood and Primary age;<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 6 years of working experience with children and sound knowledge in experiential learning and in Chinese Cultural and Language event management;<\/li>\n<li>Preference will be given to the candidate who has familiarity with K-12 education system in a speaking Mandarin environment, and has strong commitment to start new programs.<\/li>\n<li>A strong leader with excellent people management skills;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a bilingual working environment is advantageous;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
