The appointee is expected to provide school-based social and emotional counseling support for students on individual as well as group basis, work closely with parents and teachers, implement student well-being programs, collaborate with different teaching and pastoral teams whenever appropriate to ensure students\u2019 diverse needs are met holistically.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Psychology\/Counseling\/Social Work or other relevant discipline; Master\u2019s degree preferred;<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 years of relevant counseling experience in working with children and adolescents;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in implementing social and emotional learning or student well-being programs at school;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in bilingual school setting preferred;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) with strong communication skills;
