Administrative Assistant<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide teaching assistant support to Playgroup program;<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to Playgroup program;<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the coordination of the daily operations of after school Co-Curricular program, including but not limited to the following: data entry, translation, scheduling, registration, coordination with teaching staff and services providers;<\/li>\n<li>Answer and respond to parent queries in a professional and timely manner;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals and reports for supervisor&#8217;s review and decision making;<\/li>\n<li>Provide logistic support to various events; and<\/li>\n<li>Undertake ad hoc assignments as assigned by the leadership team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree Holder, preferably in Early Childhood education, Chinese Culture, or Business Administration;<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years of relevant school working experience (Teaching Assistant or administrative role);<\/li>\n<li>Pleasant manner with good interpersonal and constructive communication skills; Excellent ability in working with young children and parents;<\/li>\n<li>Willing to take on new initiatives and handle ad hoc tasks;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize work, maintain confidentiality and perform under pressure;<\/li>\n<li>Independent, patient, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);<\/li>\n<li>Putonghua proficiency test at least level 2A;
