css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Assistant Administrative Manager, Li Ren<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and support daily Li Ren operations with close collaboration with all levels of Li Ren members, faculty and non-faculty staff, students and parents at ISF;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other external agencies and service providers to deliver high quality of support services;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and advise the budget control and administrative tasks performed by team members and establish effective Li Ren systems to ensure procedures and workflow are well implemented;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and provide logistical support to Li Ren events and activities;<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Director and Assistant Director on generating Li Ren database, manage confidential records and conduct data analysis;<\/li>\n<li>Communicate proficiently all the Li Ren messages to parents, students, teachers and staff; and manage major presentations, publication and translation of the school policies, Li Ren communications and documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Provide appropriate information and resources to students, parents, teachers, staff and administration to assist them in understanding the mission and scope of Li Ren and how to get access to provisions; and<\/li>\n<li>Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time by the Director of Li Ren or delegates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in related disciplines, Postgraduate degree is preferable;<\/li>\n<li>5-7 years relevant work experience, with 2 years in managerial level and preferably in the education institution;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills;<\/li>\n<li>Being proactive, possessing initiative and a positive attitude are essential;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently;<\/li>\n<li>Being sensitive to our diverse cultural environment;<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical aptitude and detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua\/Mandarin and English;
