css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Head of Experiential Learning<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Experiential Learning will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of all aspects of these programs.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Job Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a long-term strategy for Experiential Learning and successfully achieve short, medium- and long-term objectives for the program;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and improve existing programs, develop and implement new courses and curricula;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and develop Outdoor experiential learning center;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the performance of Experiential Learning staff and ensure course content, methodology and practices are in line with the ISF philosophy;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the running of activities, including managing the scheduling of, and enrolment into, classes and assignment of teaching staff and provider;<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the renewing of Association of Experiential Education accreditation;<\/li>\n<li>Develop fundraising events to improve the experiential learning program;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct experiential learning courses for the ISF community during school holidays;<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate with all stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Track the progress of all students and share feedback accordingly;<\/li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as assigned;
