Ensure lesson plans are followed and lesson attendance is accurately recorded for administrative purposes; and<\/li>\n<li>Prepare appropriate lesson plans and show initiative in improving lesson plans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hold a valid FAHKC Fencing Instructor Certification (Level 2 or higher) or an equivalent credential from an internationally recognized association in at least one weapon category, with a specific preference for Foil;<\/li>\n<li>Possess a current and valid first aid and CPR certificate;<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years\u2019 proven experience coaching fencing in a school, club, or academy setting;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent in written and spoken English;
