and<\/li>\n<li>Involved in the marketing strategy of the department and monitor budget responsibility for school teams, including reviewing financial performance, controlling financial expenditure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Physical Education or Education or sports related subject area;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 relevant experience;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge school team systems and experience in leading multi-function teams are considered as an asset;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coaching squash and\/or tennis is an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work outside standard office hours as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Able to work under pressure while meeting strict deadlines;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of Google docs;
