css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Experiential Learning Facilitator (Full-Time)<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Responsibilities<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the design and delivery of experiential learning activities and programs;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in executing assigned projects, including local and overseas excursions and school-wide initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Undertake daily operational duties of experiential learning activities as assigned;<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Experiential Learning Coordinators to ensure smooth program execution;<\/li>\n<li>Support the Outdoor Exploration Society (OES) and other experiential learning initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>Support the safe supervision of students during all experiential learning activities;<\/li>\n<li>Support communication and coordination across departments involved in experiential learning;<\/li>\n<li>Provide support during events and activities to ensure a positive participant experience;<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain experiential learning equipment and materials; and<\/li>\n<li>Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by the Experiential Learning Management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Outdoor Education or a related discipline, or at least 3 years of relevant experience in experiential learning, outdoor education, or working with children;<\/li>\n<li>Certification in outdoor activities (e.g. high event, wilderness, or water-based activities) is an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and understanding of experiential learning and the Four Pillars for student safety at ISF;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility in ensuring student safety and program quality;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Hong Kong country parks and outdoor environments is desirable;<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in dynamic environments and able to adjust priorities when required;<\/li>\n<li>Works effectively and supportively with colleagues to achieve common goals;<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work irregular hours, including late afternoons, evenings, and weekends;<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate clearly with students, staff, and parents;
