Working closely with the Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager, the role ensures accurate financial records, effective internal controls, and timely delivery of management information, while contributing.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle full sets of accounting for assigned entities. Perform and support month-end closing procedures, including preparation and review of accounts, accounting schedules, journals, and reconciliations;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and internal requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in gathering information of annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic management reports for assigned entities or functions;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating annual statutory audits, preparing audit schedules, and gathering information to auditors\u2019 enquiries;<\/li>\n<li>Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures to ensure compliance and risk management;<\/li>\n<li>Handle accounting transactions, including expenses, reimbursements, fixed assets, and other finance operations, to ensure proper documentation and accuracy;<\/li>\n<li>Support treasury functions including cash flow monitoring, fund management and bank administration activities;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis to ensure sufficient funding for operational and capital needs;<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide finance support on projects, initiatives, and committee-related matters; and<\/li>\n<li>Any ad hoc duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or Business-related disciplines;<\/li>\n<li>CPA\/Chartered Accountant equivalent qualification highly preferred;<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
