css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1616640716532{padding-right: 100px !important;}&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading filled\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Sports Instructor and Coordinator<\/h2>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Responsibilities<\/h2>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage student sign-ups and registration for competitions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with students, parents, and staff regarding participation details and requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate logistics for competitions and events, including transport, venue bookings, and scheduling;<\/li>\n<li>Support the organisation of school sports events and activities, including hosting competitions at ISF;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in delivering sports programmes, including Squash (non-CCA) and Haoxue programmes;<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching support for CCA classes and student development activities;<\/li>\n<li>Lead and support students in training sessions and competitions;<\/li>\n<li>Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and student engagement through active coaching involvement;<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with coaches, teachers, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery; and<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear communication with parents and students regarding schedules and arrangements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;]<style text=\"text\/css\"><\/style><h2  class=\"isf_custom_heading underline\" style=\"text-align:left;\">Requirements<\/h2>[vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related discipline;<\/li>\n<li>Relevant coaching certifications (e.g. AFC, HKFA, or equivalent);<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coaching school-aged students and supporting sports programmes;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of competition coordination and event logistics is an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Currently pursuing or holding relevant teaching\/coaching qualifications (e.g. iPGCE) is preferred;<\/li>\n<li>Able to find practical and effective solutions with limited supervision;<\/li>\n<li>Takes ownership of tasks, anticipates needs, and contributes beyond basic responsibilities;<\/li>\n<li>Consistently meets commitments and can be relied upon by the team;
