Qualities that the recipient\u00a0have to show are being caring, compassionate, community minded, innovative,\u00a0community service driven, communicative with leadership characteristics, socially\u00a0adept, morally astute and civic minded. The recipient must also demonstrate\u00a0exemplary conduct and be of good academic standing.
