The growth I have experienced as an ISF student can be attributed to a sense of community as well as an overarching personal responsibility. I have developed a well-rounded skill set that I have learned to depend on throughout my academic journey. The interconnectedness of the school community has fostered skills that are inaccessible when limited within the boundaries of a classroom.

Taking part in leadership roles in school and on the swim team has taught me valuable lessons and allowed me to build numerous relationships. Under the guidance from the school, I was able to extend my curiosity towards a variety of interests, becoming more independent and creating my own opportunities in time.

As I pursued my interests in swimming and medicine, my classmates have each done the same, branching out to different aspects of study.

The feeling of knowing that we all originated from the same place is like no other, and it makes me proud to be a part of this community, seeing everyone change and grow.
