Admissions Events
We warmly welcome prospective parents who are interested in learning more about our philosophy, our curriculum, and our admissions criteria and procedures to participate in an e-chat or e-briefing session, visit our school, observe our classes, and talk to our students, teachers and existing parents.
Upcoming Admissions events for the 2023-24 Academic Year are shown below. Seat reservation can be made online through the Friends of ISF website.
Primary Admissions Briefing Sessions
Primary Admissions Briefing Sessions are recommended for parents interested in applying for 2025-26 Regular Applications (Foundation Year to Grade 5) or 2024-25 Rolling Applications (Grade 2 to 5).
- Date: Tuesday, April 30, 2024
- Time: 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (In English, with Cantonese and Putonghua translation)
- Venue: The ISF Academy
These sessions will include an Overview of our Educational Philosophy and Mission, Vision and Values, the Highlights of both our Primary and to a lesser extent our Secondary Programs, Points to Note about our Admissions Policy and Procedures, and a Q&A session. It also includes a School Tour led by our Parent Ambassadors as well as a session to meet our Primary Student Ambassadors.
Secondary Admissions Briefing Sessions
Secondary Admissions Briefing Sessions are recommended for parents interested in applying for 2025-26 Regular Applications (Grade 6 to 11) or 2024-25 Rolling Applications (Grade 6 to 11).

- Time: 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. (In English, with Cantonese and Putonghua translation)

Admissions e-Chats (One-to-One)
An opportunity for you to talk to an Admissions Staff to ask about our education philosophy, Primary and Secondary curriculum (Foundation Year to Grade 12), and admissions information.
- Date: Thursday, April 25, 2024
- Time: 15-minute session between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
The e-Chat reminder email that will be sent to you two days before the session will include the Zoom ID and Password for the session.

The ISF Academy Jam in November is our annual fundraising event. On that day, we invite prospective parents to meet our Admissions Staff. It also includes the option of a School Tour led by our Student Ambassadors.
