ISF is a place where people can find their passion and explore it in depth.

For me, swimming has been a big part of my life, but it wasn’t until I joined the ISF swim team that I truly began to enjoy it. This was due to the healthy relationships and the presence of respectable and virtuous swimmers. For example, in HKSSF 2024-2025, the ISF swim team was able to progress from D3 to D2 and from D2 to D1 because of their united vision—a vision that no other school had. At the same time, cheering for other schools when their morale was low showed me that the ISF team is selfless and caring, with these characteristics flowing through each student, making ISF a better place.
