Since sixth grade, I have always looked up at the graduating class with a kind of quiet awe. I was lucky to learn from mentors and upperclassmen who shared their wisdom so generously, and it feels almost surreal that I am now standing where they once stood.

I am beyond grateful to my teachers for always supporting me and believing in me, even at times when I struggled to believe in myself. A special thank you to the Shuyuan department for being truly spectacular and for nurturing my interest in the humanities—
