We are thrilled to congratulate our swim team on the championship at HKSSF Division 2 competition, with advancement to Division 1 next year!   

This incredible victory marks the great feat of a two-year champion streak and an epic leap for any team from D3 to D1 in just 2 years! 

Mr. David Upman, Head of Aquatics, noted that this remarkable achievement is unprecedented,

It speaks volumes about our students’ talent and determination, etching a historical milestone for ISF. This success is a testament to the swim team’s tireless dedication and efforts. While many enjoyed their time off during the term break, our team was in Foshan for an intensive training camp. I am very glad to witness our athletes’ unwavering commitment has truly paid off.

This formidable accomplishment has shaken the school with cheers, tears, pride and exhilaration.  

We must also pay tribute to our devoted and professional coaches who have invested countless hours and unrelenting guidance to lead our swimmers to triumph. Their expertise, motivation and support have been instrumental in attaining this success.  Our gratitude goes also to the ISF families of our athletes, who are the unsung heroes along this journey.
