• Provide assistance in setting up before class and organize student materials and equipment after lessons;
• Support teachers in preparing student work for class activities;
• Provide assistance at school events, exhibitions and workshops;
• Liaise with teaching staff of music and drama departments of various divisions, and co-ordinate activities

between them, including scheduling of the facility;

• Check students’ timetables and liaise with class teachers for the day’s lessons and needs;
• Monitor the condition of equipment, including costumes, props, set, lighting, sound, and rigging;
• Ensure students’ work and unused materials are returned to appropriate storage area, and ensure each teaching area is locked and secured when not in use; and
• Perform other related duties as required to address theatre needs and changing theatre practices.

• Bachelor degree or higher diploma awarded by a professional institute, Bachelor Degree in Theatre is a plus;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in education environment or training in professional theatre operations, performing arts, or a related field;
• Working knowledge of operational characteristics and techniques used in theatre production backstage management, lighting, sound, and rigging equipment;
• Be IT literate and competent in using google drive / calendar;
• Able to meet tight deadlines, well organized and independent;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin; and
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
