Senior Human Resources Officer (Project Based)
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support on Compensation and Benefits projects regarding payroll, HRIS, MPF, group insurance review (medical, life, EC) and HK salaries tax, etc.;
- Assist in various HR activities such as contract renewal, salary review, C&B survey, HR policies review, leave management, health & safety, work visa renewal and staff events;
- Perform HR Business Partner role to provide HR service to designated departments based on their needs when required; and
- Perform other ad hoc projects and events as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
- 5 years of work experience in human resources management with hands-on experience in compensation and benefits in multinational companies;
- Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
- A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated;
- Strong analytical skills and good numerical sense;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS; and
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
