Teacher - Admissions

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote school image and student recruitment;
  • Ensure high quality admissions services are provided;
  • Plan and manage the admissions calendar of events and the related operations, including information sessions, school tours, admissions applications, assessments and registration events;
  • Manage and enhance the online admissions systems and the school’s promotional materials;
  • Provide admissions consultation and answer enquiries from prospective parents;
  • Devise admissions assessment activities, particularly for pre-school candidates;
  • Monitor and manage information pertaining to admissions applications;
  • Produce admissions statistics for tracking application trend and status; and
  • Support/ Assist in ad-hoc tasks and performing other duties as assigned.


  • Degree holder, preferably with a professional qualification in Early Childhood Education;
  • Experienced Teachers / Retired Teachers are welcome;
  • Minimum of five years working experience in a kindergarten or school; experience in more than one kindergarten / school using a non-local curriculum would be an added advantage;
  • Experience in admissions;
  • Fluent and literate in English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  • Careful, conscientious, organized, and takes initiative;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Pleasant, stable, independent, mature, and able to work under pressure; and
  • Proficient in Chinese and English word processing, and should possess knowledge and skills in graphics design and other office software applications.
