Temporary Human Resources Officer (3 months contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support on Compensation and Benefits tasks including payroll, MPF and insurance administration, tax filing and employee’s compensation etc.;
  • Provide Human Resources service to designated departments;
  • Responsible for leave management, employee compensation and staff events;
  • Support recruitment function when required;
  • Maintain and update staff records in HRIS;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
  • 3 years of work experience in human resources management with hands-on experience in human resources function in multinational companies;
  • Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
  • A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin; and
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
