Temporary Human Resources Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support on Compensation and Benefits tasks including payroll, MPF and insurance administration, tax filing and employee’s compensation etc.;
- Provide Human Resources service to designated departments;
- Responsible for leave management, employee compensation and staff events;
- Support recruitment function when required;
- Maintain and update staff records in HRIS; and
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline;
- 3 years of work experience in human resources management with hands-on experience in human resources function in multinational companies;
- Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
- A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS;
- Immediate availability is preferred; and
- Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
Contract Period
Mid-March to early August 2025
