Alumni Spotlight: Sean Fontaine (Class of 2016)

Sean Fontaine (Class of 2016) has made remarkable achievements in the field of athletics. In the recent 9th Hong Kong Games, he broke the Hong Kong Games records for the 800m and 1500m long-distance runs, as well as the all-time Hong Kong record for the 800m run, which had stood since 1999. Sean’s athletic passion initially lay in football and later shifted his focus to track and field where he represented his college team during his tertiary studies in the United States, demonstrating his versatility in sports. He returned to Hong Kong in 2022 to pursue his running dreams.

With a well-rounded education and a supportive community, we believe that ISF has played a significant role in Sean’s personal development, providing him with a strong foundation for academic and athletic pursuits, leading to his success in these areas.
